Check the airport, not just “Colombo”
For arrivals at Bandaranaike International Airport, use the airport code CMB and confirm the destination as Bliss Blessings Villa & Spa, Galle Road, Patuwatha, Hikkaduwa. Share the flight number and local arrival date: an overnight flight can land on a different date from the one you depart. Airport and Aviation Services lists taxi and other transport options for airport passengers.
Choose a vehicle that fits your arrival
Send the number of adults and children, approximate luggage and any large items such as surfboards. Request a child seat in advance if needed and confirm its availability. Ask whether the transfer is private, who operates it and how you will recognise the driver. Keep the pickup contact accessible even if your phone has no local mobile data.
Make the quote complete
Ask for a written total including the chosen vehicle, any expressway tolls, airport parking and waiting allowance. Confirm what happens if the flight is delayed, how extra waiting is charged and how payment and cancellation work. Do not assume all airport-to-Hikkaduwa quotations include the same services. Journey time varies with the route and traffic; agree an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival time.
Plan the departure as carefully as the arrival
For the return, share your departure flight and ask the driver to plan pickup around the airline’s check-in requirements and an allowance for traffic. BB Travels arranges airport transportation through the villa. Direct-booking guests receive 10% off our standard airport transportation rates when arranged directly, subject to availability and the confirmed reservation conditions. Request the final discounted quote before confirming.

A helpful detail
Can I confirm a transfer without booking a room?
Ask BB Travels for availability and a quote for your journey. The direct-booking stay benefit has its own conditions; do not assume a discount applies to every transport request.
