Direct bookings receive our best available direct rate for the selected stay and room category.

Daily breakfast is included in the confirmed room rate unless your booking confirmation specifically states otherwise.

CONFIRMING YOUR STAY

Deposit & payment.

A minimum advance payment of LKR 10,000 is required to secure a direct reservation. The advance payment is non-refundable.

Your reservation is confirmed only after the required advance payment has been received and Bliss Blessings Hotels has issued confirmation. The remaining balance must be settled according to the payment instructions in your booking confirmation.

Cancellation.

The minimum LKR 10,000 advance payment is non-refundable if you cancel.

If a higher advance payment or different cancellation condition applies to your reservation, group booking, peak-season stay, promotional rate or special package, the conditions in your individual booking confirmation apply.

Children & extra beds.

Guests aged 12 and above are charged at the applicable adult rate. Children below 12 are subject to the child policy and occupancy conditions of the selected accommodation.

The double room accommodates up to two adults and one child. Each king suite accommodates up to four adults and two children.

Where an extra bed is available and permitted for the selected room or suite, it is provided free of charge. Extra beds remain subject to availability and maximum occupancy. Please confirm sleeping arrangements before reserving.

Dining during your stay.

Bliss Restaurant is open daily from 8:30 am to 10:30 pm.

Restaurant meals, beverages and other food and beverage orders are not included in the room rate unless specified in your booking confirmation or package. Daily breakfast is included for direct bookings unless your confirmation states otherwise.

Restaurant orders are charged according to the current menu and applicable prices. Explore dining.
